Its one-piece Mono-Body design not only makes the Shimano Dura Ace BR-R9270 brake caliper incredibly light, but also gives it outstanding stiffness values. At the same time, the Flatmount brake made from a single, cold-forged aluminium block proves that high performance is also possible with compact dimensions.
A 10 % increase in brake pad spacing also allows for a significant reduction in noise during braking. In addition, when the RT-MT900 brake disc rotor (sold separately) is used, its deformation-resistant design, even with increasing heat, helps to create an extremely quiet and smooth braking system.
To simplify maintenance, the hydraulic 2-piston brake caliper not only features the proven One-Way-Bleeding system, but also a separate arrangement of bleed nipple and opening screw. On the one hand, this minimises the risk of the bleed kit hose slipping off when opening or closing the system and, on the other hand, makes it unnecessary to dismantle the caliper from the frame for bleeding process.

The Shimano Dura Ace Di2 FD-R9250 front derailleur makes fast shifting systems even faster. Thanks to its revised design, its weight is not only less than 100 grams, the Down Swing front derailleur also performs shifting operations 4 5% faster than the predecessor model FD-R9150. In order to also cut a good figure in terms of aerodynamics, the frontal area has also been reduced by 33 %

The RD-R9250 model not only offers the fastest gear changes on the cassette to date and the largest gear ratio range of a Dura Ace rear derailleur, but can do much more. By integrating the Wireless system and charging port into one compact unit and thus covering a wide range of functions, it practically becomes the heart and brain of the entire Di2 assembly.
The built-in transmitter ensures wireless communication with the STI brake/shift levers ensuring podium-worthy, lightning-fast and precise shifting. Using Bluetooth and ANT+, it is also responsible for data transmission to the E-Tube Project and E-Tube Ride apps as well as to third-party devices.
Besides the charging port, the Top Normal rear derailleur features a button for certain Di2 settings and an LED for status display informing you about battery level, pairing and setting mode, for example.
